Former PSC Member Laments “Conundrum” In CoP Appointment
Appointing a Commissioner of Police in Trinidad and Tobago is much more difficult than appointing some of the highest positions of the land. This, according to Attorney-at-Law Martin George who says the situation is untenable as Thursday’s High Court ruling declared unlawful the Acting appointment of former Commissioner Gary Griffith. Mr. George says there must be a quick move from the Executive to put this situation right.
