    Aside from precedent and pre-existing legislation (which might need to be challenged), I cannot support a law that forces people to put something into their bodies that they do not want to. That is not something that is irreversible if it proves to be harmful. Adding to the conundrum, is that there’s nothing in the equation to hold the State liable for any adverse outcome the individual might suffer.
