Jonathan Stevenson's FULL BIOGRAPHY

Jonathan Alexander Stevenson was admitted to legal practice in Trinidad and Tobago in 2018 and joined the Firm as an Associate in 2021. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with honours in 2016 from The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine where he served as the Returning Officer of the Law Society. In 2018, he acquired a Legal Education Certificate (L.E.C.) from the Hugh Wooding Law School where he held the positions of Vice-President of the Students Representative Council and Editor of the Gavel Editorial Committee. Prior to joining the Firm, Jonathan was employed as an Associate Attorney-at-Law at the Dispute Resolution/Litigation Departments of Pollonais, Blanc, de la Bastide and Jacelon as well as Dipnarine Rampersad and Company. Jonathan primarily practises in Dispute Resolution and Civil Litigation where he is involved in the preparation of pleadings, procedural documents, witness statements, and opinions on liability, quantum, and evidence. He appears at hearings at the Magistrates’ Courts, the High Court, and the Court of Appeal.   Jonathan also practises in Conveyancing and Probate and Administration of Estates where he is involved in the care and control of property transactions inclusive of Conveyances and Leases.
